News: reports and blog from 2006 to 2026

From album rumors to the murder trial: all reports and blog posts from 2006 to 2026, backed by sources.

Announced albums, DVDs, rumors, and investigations: from 2006 on, the site recorded what was happening around Tupac Shakur. Back then, the project operated under the names Thuglove.de and United-Tupac.Com. Alongside the Tupac news came reports from the wider hip-hop world, supplemented from 2007 by a blog featuring opinion pieces. More reports followed from 2012 on, up to the murder trial in 2026.

All entries are backed by sources. Each post bears its original date and recounts, from today’s perspective, what was reported back then. The “What happened next” section clarifies in each case whether an announcement came true or a rumor was confirmed.

The blog posts from 2007 and 2008 are designated as archive notes. They reflect the opinion of the author at the time and put it in perspective from a distance. All information is current as of October 2026.
