Privacy policy
No cookies, no tracking, no third-party services: what data is processed when you visit United-Tupac.Com and what your rights are.
- Cookies and local storage
- The site sets no cookies. Only if you choose the design (standard or screen print) or “animations off” yourself does your browser remember this choice in local storage (localStorage, entries “ut-design” and “ut-bewegung”); for the duration of your visit it also remembers that the opening animation has already played (sessionStorage, “ut-auftritt”). These entries stay on your device, are not sent to the server or to third parties and are not used to recognise you. They are strictly necessary for the function you requested (Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete them in your browser at any time.
- Statistics and advertising
- There is no visitor counting, no audience measurement and no advertising.
- Fonts and scripts
- All fonts, scripts and images are served from the site’s own server. Nothing is loaded from Google Fonts, content delivery networks or similar services.
- Embedded content
- No videos, music or maps from third parties are embedded. Audio and video are only linked.
- Search
- The search runs entirely in your browser. A keyword index is loaded once from the site’s own server; your search terms are not transmitted.

In short
United-Tupac.Com is a static fan site. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics, advertising or social media services, loads no fonts, scripts, videos or maps from third-party servers, and has no forms, no comments and no user accounts. There is therefore nothing you need to consent to. Personal data is only processed when your browser requests the site from the server (server log files) or when you send me an e-mail.
Controller

There is no data protection officer; none is required for a private site.
Hosting and server log files
The site runs on a dedicated server that I rent from Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany; it is located in a data centre in the EU. Every time the site is accessed, the web server processes technically necessary data in server log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of the request
- requested address and amount of data transferred
- response status code (such as “found” or “not found”)
- the previously visited page (referrer), if your browser sends it
- browser type and operating system
This data is needed to deliver the site and to protect it against abuse and attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in secure and stable operation. I do not analyse the log files, combine them with other data or create user profiles. They are deleted automatically after 14 days.
A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner. The data does not leave the EU.
The same applies to requests to the former addresses thug-life.de, thuglove.de and united-tupac.com without “www”: the same provider simply redirects them to www.united-tupac.com.
Encryption
The site is delivered exclusively over encrypted HTTPS. Third parties cannot see which pages you open.

Contact by e-mail
If you send me an e-mail, I process your address and your message in order to reply. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is answering your enquiry. I delete the message once the matter is settled, unless a statutory retention obligation applies. I do not pass your data on.
External links
Links to other websites, such as streaming services, video platforms or sources, lead to third-party offers. Only when you click such a link does your browser open the other site; from then on, that provider’s privacy policy applies.
Old user data
Between 2002 and 2012 the fan site ran a forum, a guestbook and member accounts. That data is not part of the new site and has not been carried over. E-mail addresses, IP addresses, real names, dates of birth and passwords from that time are neither published nor processed further and are not stored on the server. Archived posts appear, if at all, under a shortened nickname. If you want an old post of yours removed, please write to the e-mail address given in the legal notice.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to
- access the data stored about you (Art. 15),
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16),
- erasure (Art. 17),
- restriction of processing (Art. 18),
- data portability (Art. 20) and
- object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) (Art. 21).
Please contact the e-mail address given in the legal notice. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
