Unreleased Tupac recordings from 1990/91 offered for $250,000

Three songs and a lyric sheet from 1990/91 are up for sale for $250,000. But without an agreement with the estate, the music remains private.

In March 2025, the sales platform “Moments in Time” offered previously unreleased Tupac material for $250,000. The recordings and lyrics date from 1990 and 1991, when Tupac was not yet with Death Row. At that time, he was working with the group Jesse and the Kidz on a debut album that was never released.

Three Tracks as Lead Rapper

Three of the tracks reportedly feature him as lead rapper, along with a photo of a handwritten lyric sheet. How the songs sound is so far known only to the sellers.

No Release Without the Family

Whoever buys the package may initially only listen to it privately. A release requires an agreement with the family, which according to reports holds the distribution rights. It is not the first time that original items from Tupac’s possession have surfaced on this market. Background on the estate can be found under Afeni Shakur.
