September 16 [7:55 EDT] -- Tupac Shakur's mother Afeni Shakur has filed a wrongful-death lawsuit against Orlando Anderson, whom Las Vegas police at one time identified as a suspect in Tupac's murder. Last week Anderson sued Tupac's estate, and jailed Death Row Records chief Suge Knight, for assaulting him in the MGM Grand Hotel lobby, just hours before Tupac was shot, as seen on this hotel surveillance tape. Afeni Shakur's lawyer, Richard Fishbein, says the suit was filed because, "The Las Vegas police have as much interest in solving this crime as the man on the moon...
